Becoming a Mindful & Focused Parent
Parenting can be though, but holding a demanding job at the same time often brings parenting to a different level!
It’s easy to get caught up in everyday routine, running around, allowing unwanted habits to become the norm. This can however leave us run down, stressed, guilty and with a feeling of being unable to get the ‘job’ done, all of which can have an impact on how we react to our children’s behaviour and everyday demands and be contrary to how we really want to respond.
At our event ‘Mindful Parenting’, we will talk about how, with some small changes, we can become a calmer, happier, more focused and productive parent, which will have a positive effect on all aspects of our life; Family, relationships, work and self-motivation.
Having a positive effect on our children’s behaviour, confidence and happiness will also help to demonstrate and provide a positive role model too!
