BECOME A PR CHAMPION: The PR for Recruiters One-Day Workshop (CARDIFF)
Do Recruiters really need PR?
Put it this way, since 2014, more than 12,000 new recruitment agencies and search firms registered with Companies House - 3,000 did so in the first six months of 2016 alone. According to one survey, 3 out of 5 (67%) recruitment leaders expect competiton from other agencies - not just the new ones - to increase in the next 12 months.
So the question that should probably be asked is, Are you doing enough to keep your recruitment business ahead of the curve?
This one day workshop will show you how to improve your current recruitment marketing and PR to enhance your agency brand as a go-to recruiter of choice, better engage with your target market, and increase your sales pipeline.
What will you get out of the day?
Delving into ClearlyPR's client portfolio, you will hear real life case studies from some of the UK's most recognised recruitment brands (and those who aspire to be). In doing so, you will learn the latest tips and tricks that will help boost your agency profile.
The workshop will help you to identify the tactics that recruitment marketing and PR agencies like us use to build the brands of the agencies and search firms they represent, and match them to the skill sets you already have in your teams.
You will learn:
- How to win business through your blog and social media
- How to reach new markets and attract new customers through PR
- How to get your name 'out there' and gain the interest of the media
- How to become seen as an industry thought-leader
- How to use content to better engage with your candidates and clients
- How to boost your profile as an employer in your own right and better attract new consultants to work for you
