‘Becoming a Mindful & Focused Parent ’
It’s easy to get caught up in everyday routine, running around, allowing unwanted old habits like nagging to creep back. This can however leave us run down, stressed and with a growing feeling of unhappiness and frustration. Often this will have an impact on how we react to our children’s everyday behaviors and demands and be contrary to how we really want to respond.
At our event ‘Mindful Parenting’, we talk about how, with some small changes in our parenting style, we can become the calmer, happier and more focused parent we want to be.
Having a positive effect on our children’s behavior, confidence and happiness can also help to demonstrate and provide a positive role model too!
