About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

On average, a human makes roughly 35,000 decisions each day, and whilst many of those decisions are small, everyday decisions, some decisions can completely alter the trajectory of a campaign, career, business, or your life.

For those bigger decisions, whether in an individual or group setting, coming to an informed conclusion isn’t always easy. Decision-making strategies, like a SWAT analysis, don’t always cut the mustard.

In this session, we introduce a simple yet effective decision-making tool; the six-hat approach, helping individuals and teams to reach informed decisions more efficiently, creating more effective decision makers.
