Event description

Becoming an International School

Giving your school an international dimension provides benefits for the whole school community. It motivates learners by adding relevance and dynamism to lessons, helps young people of all ages to develop an appreciation of cultural diversity, reinforces the value of language learning and allows pupils to enjoy a better understanding of the world. Teachers benefit from professional learning through collaboration with colleagues in other countries, enabling the sharing of expertise and discovery of innovative and inspirational practices.

The world in which you were born is just one model of reality. Other cultures are not failed attempts at being YOU: they are unique manifestations of the human spirit.” Wade Davis
