About this Event

Join us to hear about the exciting research that a group of University of Birmingham student volunteers, from undergraduate to doctorate level, have been conducting in the University Archives regarding the University's history of engagement with people from around the world. Following these short presentations, we will be joined by three key speakers who will give their perspectives on this topic of diversity and collaboration in British history: Dr Michell Chresfield (University of Birmingham), Dr Pippa Virdee (De Montfort University) and an external guest from the organisation, Beatfreeks. Free to all and all are welcome. Afternoon tea will be provided. Registration is essential. For further information please contact Ellen Smith: ecss3@leicester.ac.uk
