The Becoming Elemental journey returns this year. This is an online taster to experience a flavour of what you can expect on the 12 week, in-person journey that starts on the 29th March.

About the Journey

Becoming Elemental is a dedicated space for African diaspora and global majority women, femme and non-binary folk. You are invited to explore a process of declonising your body and mind through a blend of ritual, African spiritual, somatic, creative and Yogic practices. Join the journey to embody nature's universal elemental forces as a recalimation of your true essence and power.

This taster will include;

• A guided meditation ~ an embodied tour of the elements to awaken your connection
• Self enquiry ~ to explore your relationship with the elements that you can continue beyond the session
• Community sharing
• Information and Q&A session

Becoming Elemental is led by Jae Gibbs a Somatic Space Holder, Freedom Companion, Folk Wizard and Ritualist. She is deeply devoted to our individual and collective freedom through re:membering the healing and empowering embodiment/spiritual lineAges alive within us. Jae offers one to one and community explorations cultivating rituals of rest, rites of being and passages of play.
