This session will enhance our understanding of individual experiences of stress and consider the ways in which stress manifests itself in our brains and bodies. We will explore a range of tools and techniques that can be used, in and outside of the workplace, to build our levels of resilience and thereon, support us in combatting stressors at the earliest stage.

The aim is to become more self-aware and intuitive to our unique patterns. Delegates will leave this session with greater awareness of themselves and with practical tools that can be applied personally and professionally.
