Becoming more me - personal development (6 workshop)
Overview
What is it?
Becoming more me is a personal development group, hosted over 6-weeks in Bridge. It’s designed to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the roles, the routines and reconnect with a version of yourself that feels authentic and grounded.
Each week has a theme to gently prompt awareness and inner growth:
13/01 - Unpacking your daily roles
20/01 - Who am I?
27/01 - Befriending your feelings
03/02 - Discovering your inner critic
10/02 - Finding what matters
17/02 - Moving forward, your way
This isn’t about fixing or pushing yourself. It’s a chance to slow down, get curious about you and your inner world and discover what actually feels authentic and meaningful to you.
If you’re craving clarity, confidence or a deeper relationship with yourself, this might be exactly the space you need.
Who are the facilitators?
Catalina and Elena are counsellors-in-training and friends with a shared passion: helping others reconnect with their true selves. They created ‘Becoming more me’ out of a desire to help people live more authentically.
Meet Catalina
“I’m a curious human who believes in unique paths to self-discovery. As a neurodiverse woman, I am deeply interested in psychology, body based (somatic) practices and family systems principles. I chose counselling as a foundation, but my passion centres around going beyond words - exploring your inner world through games, trans generational patterns and body awareness."
Meet Elena
"I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) who learned how to turn deep feelings into strength. I use that lived experience, alongside my background in psychology and counselling, to help others do the same. I believe that every challenge carries the potential for insight and my purpose is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your clarity and your inner resilience."
DISCLAIMER: this is not therapy or a substitute for therapy, but a place to gently bring awareness and growth to your authentic self.
