People that have decided to become self employed but have never done this before or for someone new to being self employed in the UK

•       Simple Book keeping – what records do you need to keep?

•       how does this affect benefits if you are on these?

•       understanding taxation

•       legalities relating to trading activities

•       Taking money from customers, invoicing, POS, tills, money

Who is running this workshop?

My name is Emma Torrance and I run THiNK . I am a SFEDI qualified Business Adviser with over 9 years experience providing business advice to freelancers, small businesses and social enterprises including The Big House, Nottingham Trent University. This will be a remote workshop via zoom. Zoom is very simple to use, and you can use the free version if you do not currently use it.
