- Breakthrough breathwork – Breakthrough Breathwork (a form of conscious connected breathwork) to release the inner critic and limiting beliefs and step into your next chapter

Breakthrough Breathwork can be an intense practice and is not suitable for everyone. It is not advised for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, pacemakers, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent surgery or injuries, pregnancy, seizure disorders, severe mental illness, or a personal or family history of aneurysms. People with high blood pressure or asthma should consult their doctor before attending.
