Welcome to 7 Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls, Aura Gong & Reiki Drumming Sound Journey at the Methodist Hall in Bedale! Immerse yourself in a unique experience combining the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, the powerful vibrations of Reiki drumming and the magic of the Aura Gong all whilst relaxing on a mat. Let the harmonious tones guide you through a journey of healing and balance.

Join us for this in-person event to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Limited places available, if you feel you are meant to be here book your ticket today!

A relaxed flowing twice monthly session where you bring your own mats, blankets, pillows and even duvets if you choose. Come along and create your magical nest where you can sink back, relax and be nurtured by the sounds. Every 2nd & 4th Thursday at 6pm

( a handful of spare mats and blankets available in case you don't have one )

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself, a drink of water, a mat to lay on, a fleecy / warm blanket or 2 and a pillow cushion for your head if needed. Duvets are welcome. Please wear warm clothing to ensure you are cosy as your body temperature can drop during the sound journey

What should I wear?

Warm comfortable clothing wrap up wear layers and warm socks and bring a fleecy warm blanket or 2 and anything else you need to be comfy

Is there any parking?

There is free parking on the high street for up to 2 hours but you will need a pass to display
