Young Carers in Schools
Young Carers in School is an exciting England-wide initiative that makes it as easy as possible for schools to support young carers and awards good practice.
Run jointly by Carers Trust and The Children’s Society Young Carers in Focus partners, we are working with schools and local young carers’ services across England to share good practice, provide relevant tools and training, and to celebrate the great outcomes that many schools achieve for young carers.
16th November 2016, 9.30-1.00 (with lunch and networking from 1-2pm)
Join other schools at this event, organised in association with Carers in Bedfordshire to:

• Participate in guided activities enabling you to prioritise and take concrete steps to increase identification and improve outcomes for young carers, as well as apply to the Young Carers in Schools Award
