Is this style of breathwork suitable for me?

Yes. Whilst different people prefer different styles of breathwork, these slow and gentle techniques that leave a tangible and profound sense of relaxation in the body, are suitable for everyone. If you have any concerns, please contact us before the session to discuss.

What do I need to do this session?

Accepted Answer

This session is best done with headphones in. You don't need to keep your camera on, unless you would prefer to. You will be starting the session sitting up, then lying down. It might be best to do in bed, where you can sit on the floor to start resting back on bed side, then hop into bed to to end.

What can I expect?

We start the session promptly within the first 3 mins. There are 5 techiques we do and we breathe to down regulating music. In between each technique there are a minute or two mindful pauses, to rebalance and deepen in the good feelings. At the end, most people will be asleep, or drifting there.
