Beef Workshop Class

Your evening will start off with a small health and safety briefing, followed by a tour of our shop and fridges. We will then get you involved with our demonstration, breaking down an aged forequarter of beef. Following this, you will prepare and roll your own rib of beef, sawing, trimming and rolling, just like we do. You can then join us for some food and drinks to finish the evening off.
