Can you tell the difference between a stout and a porter? Do you know how to identify a gueuse or a lambic from a saison? Know your Chinook from your Equinox? Mystified, excited or just plain interested our Beer Masterclass will unravel the secrets of beer styles, hops, and beer brewing. To be held at the Brewhouse and Kitchen in Cotham, just off Whiteladies Road and close to Clifton Down station, the evening will include: an explanation of the beer brewing process and a “tour” of the microbrewery at the pub; tasting of 8 different beer styles; tasting notes and materials; and in-between beers nibbles. If you fancy it, you could also opt for a burger and fries meal (there is a vegetarian option) to finish off the evening.
This event is open to OUS Bristol and Bath members, and their guests, friends and family. All participants must be over 18.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
