MANCHESTER PRIDE PARADE :THE MOVIE - PRIDE CATEGORY - UK

Every year in the final week of August, Manchester Pride hold their annual Pride festival. Spanning across 4 days, the event celebrates and recognises the LGBTQ+ community with live music acts (e.g. Ariana Grande, Years & Years, Jake Shears etc), art exhibitions and a huge, 300-float Parade. The parade takes centre-stage at the event, drawing in over 150,000 people from across the country. This year was due to be no different.

Living in war-torn Eastern Ukraine, Anna is an aging single mother who is desperate for a change. Lured by a radio advertisement, she goes to a party with a group of American men who are touring the country, searching for love.

MODERATLEY SATISFIED - WOMEN'S VOICES - UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

When visiting her terminally ill mother for the first time in months, an estranged daughter finds new answers about her relationship with her bitter mother, while filling out a patient satisfaction survey. For the first time, the two finally meet halfway.
