Before Next Summer: Creating a kinder relationship with your body

Introducing our new webinar series on body image as part of our #SummerWithoutShame pledge; hosted by Sophie Killip, Psychotherapist at Orri, a specialist eating disorder treatment clinic based in London.

This session will aim to provide an empowering and compassionate space for you to heal from recent body image struggles, foster self-kindness, and prepare for a better relationship with their body in the seasons ahead.

Focus:

• Offer a reflective space to process the body image challenges experienced over summer.
• Encourage compassionate self-reflection and acceptance.
• Introduce practices for rebuilding trust and kindness towards their relationship with their body.
• Set intentions for a healthier, shame-free body relationship moving forward.
