How many weeks pregnant should I be to attend?

It's advisable to be in your 3rd Trimester so 28 weeks plus to get the most benefit out of the course

Can I bring a partner?

Yes we definitely encourage you to bring a birth partner. All are welcome, whether it be your partner, a friend or family member. But you are also welcome if you can attend on your own, and we will ensure you are made to feel at home.

How many tickets do I need to get?

One joint ticket for you and your partner covers you for all the sessions.

I live quite far away - can I still come?

Ideally, we would like you to live fairly locally as the courses are a great way to meet other local parents-to-be, and access other support networks where you live. Courses run in lots of locations across the south-west UK, so get in touch for help finding one near you.
