About The Speakers -

Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with over 35 years’ experience advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and organisations operating along commercial lines.

Since joining Oliver & Co Solicitors in 2009 to establish and lead the Commercial Department, I’ve focused on supporting clients through acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructures, governance and commercial contracts.

I take a pragmatic, partnership-based approach, working closely with clients to protect their interests, support growth, and plan for successful succession or exit strategies. Following Oliver & Co’s transition to 100% employee ownership in 2022, I also advise on employee ownership models for businesses exploring this path.

My sector experience spans construction, transport, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, and professional services, among others.
