Join us for a welcoming and supportive 5-week yoga journey, perfect for complete beginners or those looking to revisit the basics and build a strong foundation.

  • Location: Flow Space at Boiler House, Moss Side.
  • Dates: Mondays, starting 5th Jan
  • Time: 6:15pm – 7:15pm

Led by Mimi, a warm and experienced yoga teacher who ran our sold-out beginners course last year, this series is designed to help you feel confident on the mat, no flexibility or experience required!

What You’ll Learn:
