Beginner Calisthenics - Learn Pull Ups & Dips

This workshop is designed to help you start building them properly and safely, even if you’ve never tried them before.
We’ll focus on understanding the form, building strength foundations, working with the correct technique, and skyrocketing your confidence - so you can practice on your own.

- Pull-up & Dip fundamentals
- Scapular strength and engagement
- Band-assisted progressions
- Low & high bar variations
- How to train these movements going forward
