Get to grips with reformer pilates and this 4-week course with resident reformer teacher Ashton. If you're new to reformer or just starting out and want to know your foot-bar from your shoulder rest, this is the course for you. With this 4-week course, you'll have plenty of time to delve deep into all things reformer, leaving you feeling ready to explore your reformer practice further. There are 4 specially designed weeks including:
Week 1: We'll go back to basics, focussing on form. This is a total reset to ensure you start with solid foundations from which to build.
Week 2: This session will see you ensure that your whole body is aligned to make every move on the reformer count without compromising your body.
Week 3: Now you've mastered the basics, this week recaps what you've learned already, followed by an exploration of other movements that can help to develop your session.
Week 4: Your last session is an opportunity to build on previous movement and progress. Take your reformer practice to the next level as you finish the course.
