Join us for a rejuvenating beginner-friendly yoga class every Saturday in September, just minutes from Canary Wharf.

Led by Sharon (@E14YogaCoach), an experienced and compassionate teacher, this class is a gentle introduction to yoga and a chance to trial new content for upcoming workshops.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to refresh the basics, this class is designed for all levels. We’ll explore simple flows, foundational poses, a bit of useful yoga terminology, and always finish with a peaceful guided relaxation.

Location:

Dockland Settlements No.2, a bright, modern space just a 2-minute walk from Island Gardens DLR.We’re also right next to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, making it easy to reach from South London.

Bring a mat if you have one (spares available), wear something comfy, and come as you are. A bottle of water to sip from would be beneficial.

£6 per class – spaces are limited, so please book in advance.

How do I get to the venue?

The nearest DLR is Island Gardens. We are next to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel on the Island Gardens side.

I haven't practiced yoga before. What should I wear?

I'm thrilled! New practitioners are my favourite people. Please wear something comfortable - layers are good. No you do not need to buy special yoga clothing. A t-shirt, leggings or jog suit bottoms will suffice and we practice barefoot or with grip socks.

I have some health/ movement issues. Is this class suitable for me?

Please feel free to contact me, with any concerns that you may have so we can discuss what adjustments you may require and whether I can accommodate you in this particular class. We will be practicing standing, kneeling and seated postures and moving between them during the class. Let's chat.

Who are you and what qualifications do you have?

Hi. Im Sharon and I've been teaching since 2011 in East London. I am a 500hr Master Yoga Teacher (YAI). My 3 favourite classes to teach are beginners, pregnancy and anything with babies! Please have a look at my Google page for reviews to find out more.

Can I park at the venue?

There is on street parking (pay and display). This is on a first come first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed
