Now that you have done 'Beginners 101 Machine Sewing Skills' class - tick! - let's go on to learn frequently used sewing techniques and understanding sewing terms.
These are taught over 2 sewing workshops (102A & 102B) to prevent information overload and so that you can practice what you are learning.
Project: Make-up bag with zip and decorative gathered frill.
Learn: Frequently used sewing techniques- gathers, darts, pleats, button holes, top stitching.
Workshop 102B: Scheduled 1 week after workshop 102A - same time and day.
- Sewing machine - don't forget the plug & pedal (unless you are hiring from us)
- Sewing machine manual & any accessories that go with the machine
- No need to bring any fabric or thread
- Cash if you would like to buy a starter kit, your-next-project pack or sewing bits.
- Note book for tips, theory and measurements etc.
