Is it ok to join this class if I have never done any ballet before?

Yes but we won't be covering the basics such as positions of the arms and feet, so a veery basic knowledge of ballet will be beneficial for this class. Having said that, all are welcome. Check out our website for more info on our Absolute Beginners Ballet courses.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

No .We will ask you to have your camera on at the start of class, just so that our instructor can verify that you are a real human. After that, you are welcome to turn your camera off.

Can the other participants in the class see me?

If you have your camera turned on, the other participants will be able to see you in a tiny box on their screen. If you turn your camera off, no one will be able to see you.

What should I wear to class?

Anything you can move comfortably in. Leggings and a t-shirt is fine. Or a leotard and tights if you prefer! Wear socks or soft ballet shoes if you have a pair.
