Beginners Birdwatching Walk - Higham & Shorne Marshes

Join us during the Great Coastal Birdwatch for a gentle walk around the marshes with time to stop and observe the birds we spot along the way. The walk is suitable for beginners and experienced birders alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.

Meeting place - Little Peckers Cafe, Canal Road, Higham ME3 7JA

Time - 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Parking - There is parking outside the cafe and along Canal Road

Facilities - There are no toilet facilities at this location

Type of walk - Out and back on the pathways out to the sea wall. Paths are fairly flat but can be muddy if it has been raining so suitable footwear is recommended

It is free to attend our walks, but spaces are limited so please book your spot to avoid disappointment.
