About this Event

In support of World Mental Health day, 12 Rounds Boxing invite you along to find out how 'boxing makes you better'

Join the team at 12 Rounds for our open day session where you will discover how boxing is not only an amazing workout but also a fantastic way to train the brain to promote mental wellness.

Itinerary

6.30-7pm - The session begins with a short introduction and talk on the 12 Rounds Boxing and #boxingmakesyoubettercampaign

7pm-8.30pm Join our beginner level boxing session where you will learn real boxing technique and practice throwing punches on bags and pads. The session finishes with a cool down and short talk on mindset strategies for promoting mental wellness.

8.30-9pm Guests are invited to join us in the bar afterwards for drinks and prize givaways.

No need to worry about attedning alone. Kat is very careful to create a supportive group environemnt and ensure everyone is partnered up suitably.

Kat wholeheartedly believes that 'boxing will make you better' and is on a mission to empower as many people as possible through her unique blend of physical and mental training
