An introduction to beautiful writing with professional calligrapher Garry Millie.

Try your hand at various forms of the elegant Italic and the delicious Carolingian scripts, perfect for cards, invitations, thank you letters, bullet journal...

Garry is Calligrapher, and Heraldic Artist to the Court of the Lord Lyon in Edinburgh.

He originally studied Calligraphy, Art and Illumination at Reigate School of Art & Design and is also an Illustrator, Signwriter and Lettering Artist.

This is a rare opportunity to get personal tuition in how to express yourself with pen and ink!

*We have one free workshop space available as part of our community partnership work for 2025. This applies to the Innerleithen & district community council area and the Walkerburn & district area (postcodes EH44 and EH43)
