You'll walk out of this workshop with a big smile on your face and the skills and confidence to try your hand at a variety of embroidery projects. The session is aimed at complete beginners or those wanting to pick up embroidery after a long break. We will look at all the basic aspects of embroidery, from using a hoop to choosing from different kinds of needles, fabrics and threads. You will learn 12 basic stitches and will end up with a beautiful, colourful banner of Japanese and Mexican influences to proudly display at home. ALL MATERIALS INCLUDED. TEA/COFFEE AND CAKE TOO!!! 🍰
