Wild Pickle is delighted to be back at The Cafe at the Green Pavillion, Buxton

Come grab a drink and settle in to learn the oldest, safest form of food preservation there is!

This workshop is a great gateway into the world of fermented foods...This is a evening to explore how lactofermented foods become so delicious, preserved and contain nutrients for our health and well being.

This is where you will get hands on and make your own sauerkraut to take home to ferment with fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients and herbs and spices to make to your taste. Everything is provided for you.
