A marketing plan is key for any small business as it provides a blueprint to follow. An effective plan can keep you on the right track when it comes to the direction your business is heading and how it's going to get there.

This interactive webinar will provide guidance in creating a marketing plan, which will help you carve out strategic objectives and set and meet targets. We will look at the role digital marketing plays in allowing small businesses to access their target audience and how you can use an integrated marketing approach to increase customer engagement.

• Identify approaches for setting and tracking targets for the marketing of a dance school business

Faye Harrison

Faye has worked in Higher Education for over ten years, specialising in student recruitment and marketing, with a focus on arts education. Her HE career started in Madrid at IE University, where she helped launch the University’s new brand identity and take it to market. A move to London took her to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she was instrumental in establishing the student recruitment and international relations department; increasing international student numbers and securing international partnerships. She currently works at the Royal Academy of Dance as Education Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing and recruitment activity for the Faculty of Education’s portfolio of HE and CPD programmes. Faye co chairs Independent Higher Education’s Marketing and Recruitment Network. A life-long dancer, Faye also volunteers with pioneering inclusive dance company Step Change Studios, assisting with inclusive dance classes and providing production support for live shows.
