Event description

Description

Summary

This Virtual Learning course gives a more detailed look at customs procedures, following on from both Import and Export Essentials. After the change of Customs law in May 2016 (the UCC) greater emphasis is being placed on a company's ability to understand customs procedures and the need for skilled staff.

Description

This course (revamped as a Virtual Learning session) looks at the important areas of customs compliance as well as giving a detailed overview of the duty relief procedures available for Exporters and Importers. Not to be confused with a Webinar, as it's as interactive and engaging as our face to face courses, there is time for delegate questions and workshop sessions to ensure the areas are clearly understood in a practical way that will assist the delegates in their day-to-day work. Certificate and CPD points available upon completion of this course. Delegates can later progress to the 2-day advanced courses; the Export Course and Importers' Workshop.

To enjoy the full benefits of this remotely delivered session, please ensure you have an Internet enabled computer and telephone (for log-in purposes).
