Come join us and try Hatha Yoga, where work with movement, breath and visualisation.

Learn the benefits of combining all three and finding a way that Yoga works for your body and mind.

Every class will be accessible to all and no experience is needed.

If you have an injury or medical condition please let Jem know at start of the in class. Yoga is accessible to everybody and moderations can be suggested for your comfort.
