Do I have to bring my own yoga mat?

You are welcome to bring a mat if you have one, but I will supply mats for anyone without one.

Any comfortable exercise clothing of your choice.

What if I can't do it?

I will show you how to adjust any pose to you - and find ways to adapt the shapes to suit your body until you are comfortable.
