Do I need experience?

No this class is for beginners. I also provide modifications so you can go at a pace comfortable for you.

Whatever you're comfortable in. Avoid tight fitting clothes so you can feel the jiggle. Free the booty but come comfy.

How long is the class?

There are two classes. The first class is 2hrs and the second is 1.5hrs. So we'll have plenty of time to warm up, loosen those hips, learn our twerk foundations and put them to practice. I really want you to come and enjoy yourself.
