What to expect:
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, this special three-part, 2-hour session is designed to help you build a strong foundation and cultivate the right mindset for your meditation journey. Together, we’ll explore different sitting postures, introduce helpful tools to support your posture, share core meditation methods, and offer practical tips for bringing meditation into your daily life.
What to wear and bring:
- Wear loose and comfortable clothes
- A bottle of water. Tap water is available
- Meditation cushion and mat will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. We do not have a meditation stool
