Skill level : Basic sewing machine skills required.
What to bring:
- 30cm Calico
- 4 cordinating fat 1/4s –( 2 plain and 2 patterned)
- ½ mtr Batting /wadding.( If unsure of the type please ask at the shop)
- Matching thread
Janome sewing machines will be provided on the day along with a hot drink. You will also receive a 10% discount card to use in-store.

I am passionate about sewing and crafting.
I have been involved with sewing and dressmaking for all of my working life and nothing gives me greater pleasure than passing on my knowledge to people who want to learn to sew. I enjoy sewing, dressmaking, all types of craft and especially machine embroidery.
I have been working at the Abakhan store in Shrewsbury since it opened its doors in 2018.
