This class is for beginners or those that want to refresh their skills. You will learn the basics of throwing and your best pieces will be glazed, fired and posted to you.

Classes are limited to 3 people, so there will be plenty of 1:1 tuition.

Sarah Went is a slipware potter specialising in contemporary porcelain tableware design.

She runs a small number of workshops throughout the year from her studio in Cambridge, UK.

Workshops concentrate on wheel-throwing techniques, from simple bowls and cylinders to more complex teapots.

Beginners and improvers are both welcome and classes will be tailored to suit individual needs.
