To attend this class you should have already attended a few beginners classes and be comfortable with basic spins. In beginners progression classes you will start learning to climb the pole and sit in different positions on the pole.

Clothing: Shorts are best for this class as you need skin contact with the pole at times.

Please note: You must have a membership to attend all Ed pole soc classes

Please arrive on time because if you miss the warm up you are not allowed to paricipate.
