This six-week course offers a supportive and welcoming space to learn yogic breathing, the foundational yoga poses, and how to relax.
Each week, we’ll explore foundational techniques at a steady pace, helping you develop body awareness, improve mobility, and discover the basics of yoga so that you can feel confident joining a standard class.
Whether you’re brand new or returning after a break, this course will leave you feeling grounded, energised, and relaxed.
The first class of the course is on Weds 7 Jan. Only £60.
