Nope, beginners are more than welcome. I can provide modifications so you can go at a pace comfortable for you.

Whatever you're comfortable in. Avoid tight fitting clothes so you can feel the jiggle. Free the booty but come comfy.

How long is the class?

2 hours so we have plenty of time to warm up, learn moves and enjoy ourselves.
