Beginners Trapeze Workshops for Adults
Aerial skills are fun, physical and challenging, so why not book your place and try something new.
The sessions last for 1 hour an 15 minutes including warm up and cool-down. You'll learn basic techniques, and more advanced moves, depending on your abilities.
Sessions are term-time only and will take place on the following dates:
September 12th, 19th 26th
October 3rd 10th 17th
November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
December 5th, 12th
You must be 16+ years to participate.
You should wear something stetchy and comfortable to allow free movement, but not too loose or baggy such as leggings or jogging bottoms (not shorts) and a t-shirt/vest. You should also bring something to drink.
You don't need to be an athlete, but you should be reasonably fit to take part.
