Twerk After Work™ is a dance fitness class that's focussed on learning twerk techniques and dance sequences to afrobeats, soca, dancehall, rnb music and more. Each class will help you to release stress, boost your mood and grow confidence, finishing off with positive affirmations which warm your soul and mind. We have a strict good vibes only policy and encourage you to be open and soak up all the energy in our safe, no judgement space! I cannot wait to get booty shaking with you!
