Beginners Weightlifting Workshop - Clean and Jerk
Overview
In this workshop we will focus on breaking down and learning how to safely execute the olympic lifts. You'll be coached by me - a specialist in coaching women for 20 years and a British weightlifting certified coach. I am deeply passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces for women to excel in sport, as someone who never felt there was a place for me in sporting environments I have made it my mission to help women see how fun and engaging weightlifting can be! So if you've been watching people do these lifts and thinking - I could never - let me tell you that you can and you will - at the end of these workshops everyone will have had a chance to understand and execute the olympic lifts in a way that feels right for them and their bodies and most importantly- you'll feel like an absolute badass, surrounded by a group of women who want you to win!
