4 Weeks Course - Yoga for Beginners - Max 6 - All equipment and mats provided. EB only £44 until 30 sept.
November Classes dates: 2, 9, 16, 23.


This is a non-competitive practice, no fancy pans or flexibility needed and all bodies/abilities welcome.

We practice yoga with awareness and compassion.

This short course progressively teaches the basics of Hatha yoga, a combination of physical postures, deep breathing, and meditation (relaxation), perfectly for those brand new to yoga, or for people with some limitation that looking to improve their welbeing with yoga.

No matter what your body type, age, or level of flexibility & strength, this course will help you understand yoga, feel comfortable on your yoga mat, and release mental and physical tension.

This first course will teach you the nuts and bolts of yoga. You will get a feel for yoga, as well as learn the basics, allowing you to build a strong foundation.

We will explore deep breathing, practice beginner yoga postures with optional props and modifications, as well as learn safe physical alignment. Leave no room for judgment, expectation and just enjoy the experience of yoga.

About TBY Studio

The studio is a cosy and friendly environment.

We make extra effort to create a relaxed environment with candles, soft lighting, sound, essential oils/incense might be used if no allergies or asthma.

All props including blankets and Lavender eye pillows are provided.

The studio is a smoke free space and artificial body deodorant free which may cause migraines and allergies. Please respect this policy.

People attending our yoga classes commented they feel an increase in their physical and mental well-being: stronger core, pelvic floor and whole body, increased range of movement, more positive mindset, relaxed and overall less pain. In particularly comments have been of less backache, neck, shoulder and joints pain, less anxiety and less headache, they also said that the effect generally last for few days, more with a regular practice.

Raffaella is an experienced Yoga Teacher and has trained in different styles of Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Chronic lower back pain and sciatica, Sound Healing, Reiki, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage which she includes as needed in her holistic yoga classes.
