About this event

Join me, Bijal, for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session designed specifically for beginners.

Take some time for yourself to unwind, stretch, and connect with your body and mind. I will guide you through gentle poses and breathing exercises to help you find balance and peace.

Come as you are, no need to bring anything except an open heart and a willingness to relax. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Mats and props will be provided for your convenience.

  • Standard class price is £10 + £1.55 booking fee.

I have no yoga experience, is this class suitable for me?

Yes, my yoga class is for all levels. I provide adjustments throughout so you can move as feels comfortable you.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, all you need is clothing that you feel comfortable to move in. Mats and equipments are provided.

I have an injury, is the class suitable?

I always advise to speak to a medical professional in the first instance, then if ok you are more than welcome to join my class. Also, I am happy to discuss this further with you. Please email me at yogawithbijal@gmail.com.

How do I get to the studio?

By car: There is up to 2 hours free parking at Sainsbury's Lloyd Street, Altrincham WA14 2SU. By tram: Altrincham tram stop is a 10 minute walk away from the studio.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here. My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, focusing on building a foundation of stability, alignment and grounding. Through meditation, breath work and mindful movement, we’ll explore the practice together, with modifications offered to suit all levels and abilities. I believe the yoga is for everyone, and I encourage you to move in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for your body.
