In this super exciting Beginners Yoga Foundation Programme, I am going to teach you how to:

✨Improve your balance

✨Increase your flexibility

✨Gain more core strength

✨Find confidence in yoga postures

✨Connect with your breath

✨Create mindfulness in your practice

✨Start developing your own meditation practice

This is fantastic for you if you are completely new to yoga or have tried a little yoga in the past.

I’ve designed the course to work step by step each week, developing strength and awareness and confidence in your own capabilities. Once you have completed this course and have solid foundation in yoga you will be able to attend my other classes and participate with confidence in your own abilitly.

The class is a barefoot practice but please bring some cosy socks and a jumper for relaxation at the end of the class. Please also bring your own yoga mat.

10 weeks may seem like a big commitment in your busy life but if you are reading this, it is probalby because you are burnt out and looking for some mindfulness and wellness and if that's the case then 1 hour of yoga per week for 10 weeks sounds like just the timeout you need! Wouldn't you agree?
