Behaviour in children and young people can be sometimes be puzzling and challenging for adults working with them. This course aims to:

· Consider what drives behaviour in children and young people (CYP)

· Help you to understand CYP’s behaviour by giving you a process to follow

· Understand different levels of support for CYP

· Reflect on good practice

· Strengthen the universal offer in your setting, across the four broad areas of SEND
