About this event
📚 Overview
When we think of behaviour in schools, it’s often in terms of reacting to problems. But what if we could lead behaviour instead of chasing it?
Join us for a practical, thought-provoking session exploring the R9 Model of Behaviour Leadership, a proactive, relationship-based framework that looks beyond ‘managing’ behaviour.
Centred on nine key areas—Relationships and Readiness, Rights & Responsibilities, Routines & Rules, Recognition and Responses, and Reflection—this model offers a compassionate and empowering approach to behaviour that works particularly well for those working flexibly in supply roles.
Whether you're on short-term placements or building long-term rapport in schools, this session will provide tools and strategies that make a real difference.
